Our story
How Provila came to be
Provila Holding Co., Ltd. was founded in Bangkok with a simple goal: to make international trade accessible, compliant, and stress-free for businesses operating in Thailand.
We saw that importers and exporters — especially those new to the Thai market — were struggling with a complex web of government agencies, regulations, and documentation requirements. Thai Customs, the FDA, the Department of Foreign Trade, TISI, the Excise Department — each with its own processes, timelines, and requirements.
Provila was built to bridge that gap. We bring together customs expertise, freight coordination, government liaison, and door-to-door delivery under one roof — so our clients can focus on their business, not their paperwork.
